京巴犬也叫北京犬，是我们的本土犬种，历史很悠久。而京巴犬在早年间是非常受欢迎的，外形可爱又漂亮，但为什么现在都不见了呢？

1、几乎全部都是混血的

在之前，纯种京巴是很常见的，外形可爱又好看，是很受欢迎的玩赏犬。但现在拥有京巴犬的人，除少数专业人士外，其他多为普通人，所以导致京巴纯种的越来越少，现在的京巴几乎全部都是混血的。

2、夏天很难饲养

京巴犬的嘴巴我们常称为地包天，嘴吻短且宽，所以在夏天的时候很容易出现呼吸困难，剧烈运动后甚至可能会出现窒息的情况，因此夏天饲养很难。而在温度忽高忽低的情况下，宠主还要做好它的保暖措施，所以导致现在很多人都不愿意养了。

3、越来越多的新品种进入国内

随着经济的发展，越来越多的狗狗新品种进入国内，而国人的审美慢慢的偏向于萌犬，所以早年风靡一时的京巴犬慢慢的就被外国犬种所替代，直到今天，已经很少见到京巴犬了。

4、经常叫唤，容易扰民

京巴警惕性很强，一旦遇到陌生人，它就会开始叫唤，这对主人来说其实是很好的。但现在大多数人都是住的楼房，所以京巴经常这么叫唤，就很容易出现扰民的情况，因此现在养的人越来越少了。如果你不想它叫唤，那就从小训练它，训练时搭配零食，效果更好。

5、毛发长且多，掉毛严重

京巴作为玩赏犬，毛发很长且多，这样看上去很漂亮的，但有一个大缺点，那就是掉毛严重。这也就导致了宠主家里经常出现一地狗毛，这就是很多人不再喜欢京巴的原因之一。

而掉毛是可以缓解的，平时选择一些含肉量高的狗粮，比如“馋不腻天然狗粮”，含鸡牛鱼肉，还含深海鱼油和海带粉，能增加毛发韧度，减缓掉毛。偶尔吃些紫薯、胡萝卜，对毛发也有好处。
